How can I attach large files to my support ticket?

If your files are too large (over 20MBs) to attach to the ticketing system, you have other options:

  • You may use a data sharing service to provide us with a download link. Once we have successfully downloaded the files, We will notify you, after which you can then revoke access to the shared files.

    or

  • Compressed files.
