There is some confusion about logging in and using the two accounts on the ChemAxon vs. the Chemicalize websites.
When you log in to your ChemAxon account via the ChemAxon website you get access to your general ChemAxon account with your profile details, your purchased licenses for ChemAxon products, product downloads etc.
Chemicalize, on the other hand, is a service hosted by ChemAxon, which you can reach and log into via its website.
Being a ChemAxon product, you must have a ChemAxon account to be able to subscribe and use Chemicalize.
